We understand your concern for on-line shopping security. We use PayPal to process all transactions. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted through PayPal's secure server. All information used to process the order is secure.
PayPal eChecks are accepted as well. Payment with an eCheck usually takes about 4 business days to clear PayPal, so please keep in mind that your order will not ship until PayPal sends notice that your transaction has been completed.
In-stock merchandise is shipped within 1 to 3 business days, depending on volume of current orders. Delivery to US physical addresses only! No exceptions!
We use USPS First class or Priority insured mail as our standard method of shipment within the Continental United States. We will do our best to ship within 2 days of receipt of payment with delivery confirmation! We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Every item we ship is inspected when it arrives and when it is packaged for shipping! We are sure you will love our merchandise...but if you don't, you can always get a store credit. The item must be shipped back to The Cactus Rose within 3 days unworn, unused and with original tags and in the box it came in. Customer pays for return shipping charges.
If your merchandise is damaged due to shipping, we must be notified within 3 business days of receipt of merchandise. We will replace damaged parts at no charge if the claim is a result of shipping damages. If your order appears to be incorrect, we must be notified within 3 business days after receipt of product (date and time is confirmed by major shipping provider). If we are NOT notified within 3 business days after receipt of order, sales or transactions are considered complete.
